We strive to process orders within 1-3 business days. You can choose from a variety of shipping options at checkout, including Overnight and Second-Day Shipping. Please note that selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee same-day shipment—transit time begins once your order has been processed.

Harvest Delays

Our beneficial insects follow natural reproductive cycles, which means occasional delays may occur. If a harvest is delayed, we will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible or notify you of any significant wait times.

Shipping Schedule

  • Overnight Orders: Ship Monday - Thursday (excluding holidays)
  • Second-Day Orders: Ship Monday - Wednesday (Thursday only if Saturday delivery is available)                                                       
  • USPS Orders: Ship Monday - Friday
  • We DO NOT ship Overnight or Second Day Orders Friday - Sunday to prevent insects from being held in warehouses over the weekend.

Cutoff time

Orders placed by 12 PM (Pacific Time) are eligible for same-day processing when possible. However, please allow 1-3 business days for processing, as product availability may vary.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
  • Please provide an email and phone number so we can notify you of any delays.
  • We reserve the right to delay shipments due to extreme weather or holidays. 

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it. Once your order enters production, we will try our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.

If you experience any issues with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@naturesgoodguys.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of both the product and packaging. Our team will review the details and determine an appropriate resolution.

For sensitive species, we recommend Overnight Shipping to ensure the fastest and safest transit.

Important Considerations:

  • Upon receiving your package, open it immediately to check storage requirements. Proper storage is essential to maintain quality.
  • Ice packs included in shipments are not expected to remain cold upon delivery but help regulate temperature during transit.
  • Some insects may need time to adjust after transit. Lack of immediate movement does not necessarily mean they are non-viable—allow them time to become active.
  • Certain species have limited shipping options to ensure optimal condition. For best results, we recommend selecting overnight shipping when available.

We are not responsible for quality concerns resulting from incorrect storage, delayed receipt of the package, or failure to follow included care instructions. While we take extensive measures to ensure optimal shipping conditions, we cannot control external factors such as transit delays or extreme weather.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Replacements will NOT be issued if:

  1. Incorrect Shipping Address: If an error is made, you must notify us before your order is processed so we can update it.
  2. Instructions Were Not Followed: All insects come with detailed care instructions. Failure to follow them may impact their viability.
  3. Failure to Receive the Package: If an order is left outside, exposed to the elements, or delayed due to an unattended mailbox, we cannot offer replacements.

Tracking information is provided for all shipments—please plan accordingly to receive your package promptly. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of live insects. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
